Cooking & Baking Day


Its been 2 months na na wla kaming mall day or lakad ng weekend ni Regine its becos.... nagconcentrate kaming matutong magluto for the future "naks". Nagsimula ang lahat nun natuto kaming gumawa ng no bake-cheesecake, gumawa ng baked cheesecake, choco chip cookies, crinkles na palpak, carbonara, carbonara, carbonara, carbonara at perrfect na spaghetti hahahaha!! mraming times naming pineeeerfect ung carbonara cos dats our fav!! or ako lng ata nakikifav lang si Regine kc want ko un?? hmm... so aun and... after nung masarap na spaghetti na luto nmen naulit ng naulit ng naulit ☺ at nagluto kami ng nagluto khit trying hard pa un nagging magnda at masarap nmn ung resulta ☺ so happy...


Last week we baked "Brownie Crust Cheesecake Bars" msarap ung brownie na ngawa nmen but nde msrap un cheesecake cos mali un nabuy nmen na gelatin in which dapat no flavor tpos dahil matigas ang ulo nmen we bought lychee flavored gelatin hahaha! so ew lang ung combination nun lychee at cream cheese.. ehhehe


This time winner na ung binake nmen & nicook.. 
 
1. Brownie Crust Cupcakes

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Hershey's choco chips  - P280
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 pinch of salt
cupcake cups
cupcake trays


Procedure :
a. Preheat oven to 325F.
b. In a saucepan, melt choco chip chocolates and butter over low heat. transfer to a mixing bowl and mix
c. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Stir in egg and mix until smooth
d. Mix in flour and salt
e. pour into cupcake cups and bake for about 20-30 minutes ; serve


2. Chocolate Fudge Cups

Ingredients:
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 egg whites
1/4 cup brown sugar
whipped cream for garnish - you can use all purpose cream


Procedure:

a. preheat oven to 350F
b. melt choco chip chocolates and oil over low heat. Stir in cocoa powder. Let stand for 5 minutes
c. using an electric mixer, beat egg whites with sugar on high speed until fluffy or tripled in volume. Reduce speed to medium.
d. blend in chocolate mixture. Mix until just combined
e. spoon batter into 2-3 muffin cups until 2/3 full
f. bake for 15 minutes or until puffed and center is set
g. serve and whipped cream on top

3. Pork Tortilla Wrap

Ingredients :
4 pcs Garlic
Tortilla Wrap
Pork
Lettuce / Repolyo
Tomato
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Cheese

Procedure :
a. marinate pork with oyster sauce & pepper for 5-10 minutes. In a Pan cook garlic in oil until brown and put marinated pork plus the oyster sauce on the pan
b. thinly slice the repolyo or if you're using lettuce no need to slice it
c.slice the tomato in cubes
d. mix mayonnaise and ketchup
e. for melted cheese: put a little water on a pan plus the grated cheese over low heat and stir
f. heat tortilla wrap in a flat pan for 3 minutes both sides in medium heat. place the tortilla wrapper at flat plate
g. put sliced repolyo / lettuce ; tomato and pork
h. ketchup mayo and melted cheese on top and SERVE ☺

4. Japjae

Ingredients :
100 grams Sotanghon
150 grams thinly sliced beef (sukiyaki cut)
3/4 shitake / button mushrooms
1 carrot
a bunch of onion leaves
1 garli1 onion
1 thumb sized ginger
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame seed oil
1/4 cup sesame seeds
3-4 tbsp sugar
2 finger chillis
2 eggs beaten
patis to taste
freshly ground black pepper
4 tbsp vegetable cooking oil


Procedure :
a. place beef in a bowl
b. slice mushroom thinly. add to the beef pour soy sauce and sesame seed oil add sugar and mix well
c.  minced garlic, thinly slice only and grate ginger
d. slice carrot into matchsticks
e. finely slice chillis (remove seeds)
f. cook sotanghon in boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Drain ; rinse in ice water and drain set aside
g. cut onion leaves 1 inch lengths
h. toast the sesame seeds in an oilfree pan til light brown and aromatic
i. heat cooking oil in a wok, put egg wilt the wok around to spread the eggs as thinly as possible. cut and slice thinly.
j. strain mushroom and beef (reserve marinade sauce) and cook in the hot oil for about 1 minute, add onions, garlic, ginger and carrot, cook for 30 seconds
k. add sotanghon. pour in the reserved marinade and stir well.
l. seasoned with patis, sprinkle with pepper, add onion leave, sesame seeds and egg
m. serve and enjoy ☺


Japjae ♥

It took us 6 hours to cook ung 4 kinds of recipe we got online ☺ pagoda but we enjoyed it lalo na kpag eating time na! ahahaha!! so far msarap nmn silang lahat.. winner!!!


Dahil sa am sick for days and am craving for Red' Ribbons Tiramisu Cake..... dandarananan!!! ☺

everything looks yummy! pero yummiest ang tiramisu cake. super sweet! :))
